With the release of Vector Selling v7.61.9326 on 14th July 2025, we have enabled an important new feature.
Vector Selling is now able to automatically refund a transaction that was paid for by card using CSY Pay back to the original payment card without needing the card, thus helping prevent refund fraud and making sure payments go back onto the correct card.
This option is enabled by default.

Vector V8 is due to launch in the coming weeks and will be available exclusively to customers using CSYPay powered by ClearAccept. If you haven’t already, email info@csy.co.uk to make the switch to CSYPay and ensure you can reap all the benefits of V8 once live.

It has been brought to our attention by The HTA/Epay that HTA Gift Vouchers are being used for refunds and the value is less then £5.
Within Vector we have a minimum transaction value, currently set to £5, that is checked when selling a voucher, but not when refunding to one.
The HTA/Epay have asked us to change this behaviour so that HTA Gift Cards can only be loaded with a minimum value of £5 when either selling or being used to hold a refund amount.
This change will be enforced in Vector shortly, the intention of this message was to give you all a heads up about it and to forewarn you about the change before we make it so you can review and amend your own internal policies and procedures and update your teams.
Epay have confirmed that this will be stopped from their end this week.

We have become aware of a recent issue with the latest version of Windows 11, 24H2.
It appears to cause a problem with printing labels using the new customisable label printing capability within Vector where the first 12 or so labels print fine and then they just start coming out blank.
We have implemented and released a fix on 4th March, Manager v7.61.9195 which appears to resolve the issue for now.
If you have seen a problem that sounds like this, try updating to the latest version of Vector first, and if that doesn’t resolve it then contact the CSY helpdesk.
It could be that in the future, when the issue with Windows 11 24H2 is fixed, that changes this again, but we’ll have to wait and see what happens.

We have been made aware that some customers have been having issues processing HTA gift cards this morning.
We have investigated the issue and if you have been having problems you will need to do a Vector Update and that should then fix the issue.
